My heart aches.

When I began this book, I did not expect to feel this way at the end. I thought the idea wasn’t particularly great in the beginning and that reading about this rich and materialistic family was not going to cause so many conflicting emotions in me.

I did find Cady’s narrative
a little
annoying especially when
sentences seemed
broken for no reason.

This book was really interesting.
I give it a three however because I think I hyped myself up too much. Everyone kept telling me to read it because the plot twist is so huge but I was like eh okay I mean I've seen that before so it wasn't that exiting.
I still enjoyed this book and it brought a tear to my eye.
I also totally relate to the main character so much so that was nice.

Fantastic! Beautiful! Powerful!

I have waited at least a couple years to read a book this good! When I first went into it, I was a little leery about reading a book about the poor spoiled privileged kids but I take all that and throw it out the window. This book is one of the best mysteries for young adult that I have ever read but I had a hard time even thinking it was a mystery. It is about the interactions of the cousins and their spoiled mothers, family, and how that become tainted with greed ...more
