Such a great retelling (fictional) of the Jack the Ripper’ story.
The characters and the dialogues were perfect. I especially loved Thomas and his mind. Also the banter was excellent!
SPOILERS: in the author’s note KM says she didn’t want to add more characters that were involved in the real story not to confuse the reader. I am glad I listened to this part because as soon as Audrey-Rose started suspecting her father (and there was 1/4 of the book left) I knew it couldn’t be him. I suspected Thoma ...more

It was very entertaining! I guessed who Jack the Ripper was very early in the book but it didn't take the enjoyment away. I loved how despite the time period Audrey wasn't letting men deciding for her. I'll definitely read the other books of the series.
