Such a great retelling (fictional) of the Jack the Ripper’ story.

The characters and the dialogues were perfect. I especially loved Thomas and his mind. Also the banter was excellent!

SPOILERS: in the author’s note KM says she didn’t want to add more characters that were involved in the real story not to confuse the reader. I am glad I listened to this part because as soon as Audrey-Rose started suspecting her father (and there was 1/4 of the book left) I knew it couldn’t be him. I suspected Thoma ...more

It was very entertaining! I guessed who Jack the Ripper was very early in the book but it didn't take the enjoyment away. I loved how despite the time period Audrey wasn't letting men deciding for her. I'll definitely read the other books of the series. ...more

Amazing, intriguing, mysterious, humorous and magical story. I love Audrey Rose and all the secrets to find who it was and the friendship she has with Thomas and the relationship hardship with her family. Can’t wait for the next one!!
