What a great surprise, this one was good! It's a small town msytery - and a young girl disappeared 5 years earlier and has never been found. The boy who everyone blamed for her disappearance (and murder, though no body is found) was lost to suicide just days after the disappearance. One girl, now a senior, has decided the boy everyone blamed - she believes he's innocent and sets out to prove it.

I really enjoyed this book. So much more than I thought I would. YA mystery books don't tend to be that good but this one surprised me A LOT!!!

The plot was amazing and I really liked the characters in this book. They had a smart female MC and a wonderful kind male MC. Together they tried to solve 2 murders and did.

I won't say anything more because it's a mystery book but to me it was worth the hype. ...more

This was hugely entertaining. It's nice having a strong female young adult character too. I couldn't put this book down once I got into it. This book also reminded me of the Veronica Mars tv series. I am looking forward to the next book in the series. ...more

4.5 stars rounded down. I really liked this and flew through it! Even from the first chapter I was completely sucked in and found it hard to put the book down any time after. The writing was great, and I loved the mixed format with log entries, interviews, IMs, etc. Thats always been something that draws me even more into a book. Pippa and Ravi were great MCs, and I was rooting for them and worried about them throughout the book. The main mystery turned into so many extra little mysteries along ...more
