When I read a YA book, I try very hard to keep in mind the demographic that it was written for.
That said, even by young YA standards, this book was tedious. It was disjoicofusongif it had any depth at all, it would have been downright confusing. There was just too much crammed into a short book and none of it was cohesive.
Multiple romances that, for some reason, at too many moments, took precedence over the actual murders. Too short POVs so you never really get attached to any one character.

Ghost hunting and paranormal research shows are just fun to me, I've always been drawn to the unknown. This YA work of fiction follows a high school group of kids who have started their own YouTube channel investigating haunted locations. One of the members is clairvoyant and can make connections with ghosts and haunted places. The other three are there to support and carry the show. This book was a pleasantly fun surprise! It was creepy but not terrifying and I really loved the characters. It wasn't too hard to figure out but I enjoyed it all the same. I'd actually love to read more adventures of the Ghost Gang. ...more
