i read this directly after my reread of the seven husbands of evelyn hugo + i highly recommend doing it that way, as all the little references to TSHOEH were fresh in my mind.
as with all the TJR books i've read so far, the writing was beautiful, the characters were fully developed, the story felt real and was all consuming, it was just so good.
i love nina with my entire heart + relate heavily to her character. i greatly enjoyed reading the story of this family + loved the form ...more

I don’t think I can put my love for this book into words. This is genuinely the most beautiful thing I’ve ever read. I have literally never felt this attached to a fictional family EVER. Nina, Kit, Jay, Hud, June, YK WHAT even Casey, I love u guys sm pls adopt me ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹
I was soooo excited for this book! It took me ages to get into because of my reading slump but I just didn’t really like it I think they could’ve ended it better and it just wasn’t what I imagined ! Not bad just not for me

Omg, that was a hell of a ride. I LOVED the family/sibling relationships in this book. It's just an important topic in my opinion and it's really something that affects me very easily.
