Grief is a tough, terrible, human thing. Writing and reading about it is a raw and vulnerable experience. So applause to the King of Popular Sad Books Adam Silvera for handling that very real and troublesome experience so well. The experience of grief felt real and made the characters real, giving them the depth that otherwise wasn’t there.

literally finishing EVERY. SINGLE. adam silvera book with wanting to cut my wrists. dont read this. im strongly suggesting mr silvera a visit to the psych ward.
