The beginning was a bit slow, but once I got past the first few chapters, this was amazing! I loved both Kit and Percy so much, and the dialogue was the perfect mix of hilarious and heartwrenching, depending on what was needed at the moment. The character arcs were so well done (especially Percy's!) and I loved the underlying anti-landlord sentiment in a type of romance that--from what I can tell--usually tends to romanticize the extremely wealthy. ...more
