This was a good book. It had its ups, it had its downs. Nonetheless it was a good book. That is all.

“Most people go through their whole lives, without ever really feeling that close with anyone.”

It didn’t actually take me 3 years to finish this book. I just forgot to say that I finished it and then I decided to reread it.

In hindsight it probably was stupid to reread it now when things ended with a guy whose favourite author is Sally Rooney but you live and you learn.

There were parts of this book I really liked; this book was filled with passages that just demanded a highlight. Sometimes, however, the pacing was just a little slow for me. Maybe I would've been more gripped if the plot wasn't so ingrained in popular culture as it has become. ...more
