Loved Book 1 enough to turn my laptop on just to get Book 2 to my Kindle at 3 in the morning.
The characters are nicely written. I love the Shepherd King so much. The world-building was amazing. When I say I need or breathe fantasy books- I mean books like this! The cliffhanger is chef's kiss!!

This is my first gothic fantasy and holy moly im not only hooked and enchanted and allured but also… terrified (in a good way)

And it’s actually SICK i havet to wait for the next book because that ENDING was twisted and not fAIR i need more 😩

I need Closure! I need Elsepeth and Ravyn and ANSWERS!!

One Dark Window is about a girl who is trying to survive in a world that kills those who have magic and help a group of highwaymen cure the magical curse. I really emjoyed this book. Elspeth and Nightmare had their funny moments. And of course I loved dark and mysterious Ravyn.

I am obsessed with this book. The writing was beautiful, the plot was intriguing, the characters were amazing. I love Ravyn and Elspeth, even with all of the secrets they guard. It all unfolded beautifully.
