Carol
Megan Connors is arrested for the murder of her
fiancé, Jake Robbins. Megan is the niece of the
Trumbo sisters, Isabel & Alma. These two senior
citizens have been helping solving the small town
of Quiet Anchorage, Virginia mysteries. Now they
are about to form the Trumbo Detective Agency
and help solve this murder to prove their niece
innocent.
Small town characters that are quirky, vivid, colorful
and well created involved in a puzzling plot.
A quick, humorous, enjoyable read.

I liked it! Love the quirky characters. Right out of any small town USA.
I have shared my review on gbmysteries.blogspot.com.

Oh boy. Another mystery series I want to read. I enjoyed these Virginian sisters and their town. There were a few typos but I expect those to be cleared up. A few awkward sentences and phrases, also. But none detracted from this engaging book.

It was a fast, interesting read. I do love cozies, though. It turns out that Quiet Anchorage is almost a hotbed of corruption. LOL I must find others in this series to find out what more is found in town. LOL

Never under estimate little old ladies! Alma and Isabel are some real spit fires and get
to have Sammi Jo join them in their hunt for a killer. I was surprised by who it turned
out to be because I was with the ladies and thought it was the Sheriff....he was too cocky.
A good cozy read
