February (2024) FairyLoot YA pick - Friends to Lovers + Enemies to Lovers, LOVE TRIANGLE 🥵🥵🥵 This was ssoo good!! It had everything I look for in a book, great writing, loveable friend characters, chemistry between main characters and an intriguing story.

Took me a little bit to get into this one. I was originally under the impression that this was an adult book. If it was, then it reads very YA in that there isn’t a whole lot of time spent on world building or explaining the magic system, and it had very youthful dialogue. However, there were a couple moments that really gave me the feels, so I still enjoyed it and I’ll read the next one.

Even though it read like YA, I would not say it’s YA appropriate.

4.5 ⭐️! This was so good! I really enjoyed the cat and mouse aspect of the book and the ending.. ( still crying 💔)The characters were all very relatable and easy to connect with. The plot was engaging and it was very well written! Definitely all that I could want in a little romantasy book! I will definitely be picking up book 2 when it comes out!!!
