This was a fascinating book so I kept on reading even tho Julie got on my nerves constantly. She reminded me of Edward Cullen in Midnight Sun as she was constantly hysterical about EVERYTHING!
The concept of the telephone was fascinating and reminded me of the old song something like No Telephone in Heaven. This book is for 12 to 14 year olds so too young for me. I am very surprised that I finished it.

Whatever you do, just don't listen to the audiobook of this novel while you're driving. I was crying so hard I had to pull into a parking lot until I finished crying just so I could see the road again. This novel will tear you apart, but it also oddly helps with grieving. There were so many leftover emotions I had from my past, that I never even recognized until I started the journey of reading this novel. It is powerful, moving, and will leave you with a newfound perspective.

Very boooring
The main idea is sweet, but the structure of the story , the characters and the events are very weak and simple .
The characters are kinda of the same . And where is the main plot I couldn't find it ?! ...more

The concept is weird, but I love seeing all the different emotions, stages, and ways you can grieve respresented. You don't see that often and for that I am grateful.

You know, it’s been a while since I’ve cried at a book. I was in tears by page 50, and that last chapter broke me. I think it’s a really impactful story, and relatable to anyone who has lost someone who they can’t picture their life without and that painful reluctance to let go and continue with your life.
It’s a really moving and heartbreaking story and I highly recommend if you need a good cry.
