Everybody stay calm. We got our first 5-star read of the year.
Phew, I’m a bit at loss for words.
Oraya is one badass FMC, and I’m completely here for it. A human in a world of vampires, and she still beats them. She reminds me of Aelin from TOG a lot, and this is one of the highest compliments I can ever give.
Oh, and Rhain? Another shadow-wielding, morally grey, sarcastic MMC? Yes, please. His banter was giving me life, and whenever he called Oraya “princess”, I melted.
