Shen: This is a very bingeable modern horror book that has some genuinely creepy scenes and a twist that made a lot of sense and satisfied the horror fan in me. I had difficulties with Cassidy's debut novel, but the pacing in this book is pretty much perfect and I rooted so hard for the female lead.
