Shen: I knew basically nothing about the Sackler family and the opioid crisis before reading this book, and Keefe gives a comprehensive look into both in this book. It's rarely boring and fascinating to see how the Sackler family became so wealthy and the ways in which they marketed their drugs, OxyContin in particular.
