This book is a fairly comprehensive collection of PKD stories, included are:
Beyond Lies the Wub: The story of the "wub" a pig like alien native to mars. This story has strong vegetarian themes.

This is a collection of 21 of Philip K. Dick's short stories, and they are mostly excellent! Included is "The Minority Report," the inspiration for the very good film of the same name. Sometimes his novels can be a bit hard to get through, but in short form Dick's dystopic imagination is more intense and feels visionary. I recommend them quite highly to sci-fi fans, or anyone with an interest in 20th century American short story literature.
