#2 in the Will Trent mystery series
I'm torn about this one. I find Will Trent to be appealing in a bumbling self-deprecating kind of way. He really cares about the victims and tries his best to solve whatever crime he becomes involved in with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. However, his constant need to berate himself and take all the blame becomes almost annoying. I can understand his embarrassment about his dyslexia, but he's got to give it a rest, deal with it, and move on. And his ambiv ...more
