When I finished this one, I initially slapped on 4... actually meaning a High 3...
But after a little (a very little) ruminating, it become clear that I had made a typo...
that should be a 3 5/11, not 3 6/11...
Because although this is exactly the type of Cozy I like, that story with interesting situations and characters, it was a little TOO overwritten. TOO cute, TOO contrived, the characters TOO perky, TOO oblivious, the consequences for little things TOO severe.
