Don Tillman is a genetics professor and has Asperger’s syndrome. He’s decided it’s time to get married, so he’s designed a comprehensive questionnaire that he has prospective dates complete. I honestly didn't think I'd like this book. I tend to dislike chicklit but this book really wasn't in that category. And I normally don't like humour, but this had me laughing out loud. I had also thought it was going to be like The Curious Incident of the Dog at Night Time which I hated, so I was so surprised when I started reading it and realised how much I loved the characters, and how invested I became in the story. Outstanding. I loved this book. It was funny, touching and engaging. A cheerful read just when I needed it. The story comes full circle and while distracted by the characters' interactions, one learns about accepting yourself and others. It's a charming romance, a search for identity, love and acceptance and a really good read.
