#5 in the Charley Davidson series
This series keeps getting better and better. Charley is still quirky and with a silly sense of humor, but she's toned down considerably and is much more likable. (Either that or I've gotten used to her.) Her romance with Reyes is heating up big-time, which adds a very strong sense of romance to this series, which I enjoy. Classic Charley! Loved her some times and wanted to kick her some others! LOL
It was good to see all of the usual players. I enjoyed the case this time although it was really sad.
I was happy for what happened with Charley and Reyes but confused by the ending? Really, he can't be serious.
I definitely can not wait to read the next book. ...more
