Majorly disappointed. Definitely would not put this book in a teen girl's hands. Laurel has no sense of direction, no personality, and is the definition of a "follower" from birth. This is more of a how not to be as I grow up, head into high school, and discover my teen self. Also, too immature of a character for the deep subject matter, which is what drew me into picking up this title. i don't really like to write reviews but i have had so many feelings for this book that it deserves one. thre were sometimes when i wanted to throw this book across the room because it was a little depressing and slow. The ending was very good though. i loved the story even though it broke my heart a little.
