#6.5 in the Night Huntress paranormal series
This was very well narrated by Tavia Gilbert, who is definitely the voice of Cat (and Bones) for me. This was actually a novella, but it took me several days to read it. Of course, it was the busy holiday season, but it also didn't compel me to pick it up and listen at every spare moment.
