What Members Thought

Beautifully written and illustrated graphic novel that covers the illegal and immoral internment of Japanese American during WWII from George’s experiences as a child and also his thoughts on how as an adult he realized how destructive it was to the adults around him. He gives the political background of the internment orders and doesn’t hesitate to name the names of the people responsible for the treatment of American citizens of Japanese descent as if they had no civil rights.
