This was pure fun. I would have liked to see more diversity in the characters and there were some pacing and editing issues for me. This is not for anyone who cannot handle lots of vivid descriptions of murder and gore. Anyone looking for spicy content should be aware that it doesn't appear until the last third or so of the book. Also, I highly recommend listening to the audiobook if possible. The narrator for Rowan doesn't exactly sound Irish to me, but he does sound delicious on the eardrums. ...more

I just... I don't have the appropriate words to properly express how much I adored this. Like... I just really, really, loved it. For me, this book was a perfect balance between the dark, gore, suspense and then the cute, comedic, heartwarming. Though I am a bit concerned as to what it says about me that I found this book as adorable in certain moments as I did.

I loved this book so much! I heard so many mixed reviews that were such polar opposites.

I had just finished a string of really dark and disturbing books so this little gem was a breath of fresh are ask far as “dark” books go.

I loved, I felt a little sick, it brought some heat, and I loved the silly and delicious relationship of the FMC and MMC.
