Read at my daughter's urging. A Hunger Games-ish dystopian society set in Chicago where people are divided into factions based on traits (candor, erudite, dauntless, etc.). Children grown up in one faction, but at 16, are tested to see which faction they should join permanently. Book 1 of 3. Well-written, I enjoyed it.
