I think this book accomplishes everything it set out to do. A cozy, slice of life fantasy that does not lack conflicts to overcome. The chapters are short which made it easy to keep pushing through them. Progress moves at a great pace while slowly unraveling external conflicts and the town of Thune along the way. This book was so feel good!! I love indie video games, my favorite of the year being Coffee Talk. This book reminded me exactly of that game!! And I ate it all up
3 stars! Cute but nothing to run home about. Amity is my favorite.
who knew reading about fantasy lesbians running a coffee shop could be so boring???
very cute cozy read. Not much happens but that’s the beauty in it. Perfect for fall to curl up by the fire with.
