This book was absolutely amazing. The plot develops slowly, to the point I almost dnf it. However, once the confusing pieces of the magic system fell into place, I was speechless with how perfect the book became. The plot twist at the end was worth all the confusion in the middle.

I've read this whole book and I'll be honest. I don't really have any idea what it's about.

Like what's the point of it? What's the plot?

Because outside of the attack on the 1st day the 6 show up at Alexandria, there's a whole lot of vague pretentious nothing going on. And sex. There's a ton of sex for some reason?

I liked the idea of this story and of some of the themes in it. The execution of it,I dont think was as good. It is very slow paced. I liked Nico, Libby, Tristan, and Reina. I like Nico/Libby. However, I was wanting for more character and relationship developments. There really wasn't any. The characters did not actually do much. Reina especially was extremely underutilized.
