First of all, forget "Twilight." You might hate "Twilight" and love this one, and vice versa. I was greatly intrigued by the premise -- humans have been taken over by aliens (like "Body Snatchers" or "SG-1"'s Goa'uld or "Invaders From Mars"). The story is from the point of view of an alien (Wanderer) who's just been put into the body of Melanie.

How many times have I read this? Too many too count! The first 100 pages are a bit slow but after that it's amazing! I might actually say I liked this more than the Twilight series!

I read this book after talking to my niece. I did read all 4 books from the Twilight series and liked a couple of them. This book was fascinating. Parts of it reminded me of a science fiction tv program. The book was a good read. My problem was now I want to know what happens. When the book ends that's it.

I wasn't sure if I'd like this going in, but it kept my attention throughout and I ended up enjoying it a lot more than I expected.
