This book was a hard read for me. It was a great read and I think should be read in schools. It focused more on the quite days and aspects of WW2. While not as sad as Night (had to read that in school) this book is heartbreaking.
While tragic, WW2 was a huge part of history and we need to listen to these stories. We’ll never know how many people there was in real life like the characters in this story.
