Pretend is the third in the Blackcreek series. This one revolves around the lives of Gavin and Mason. Gavin is a music teacher who was fired from his job and wound up back in Blackcreek. Mason is the owner of the Creekside Bar. They each have spent so much time trying to do the right thing for everyone else that their own lives have fallen by the wayside. I loved the whole music aspect of this book because of Gavin's love for playing the guitar and the piano. The chemistry between ...more
