As always, I love Luke and I loved the overall experience. When I read this years ago it was the good Ava, bad Ava (the angel and devil on her shoulders) that annoyed me. This time they weren't my problem. This time it was Ava herself.

I realized that I got happy when Jules's story happened because she wasn't fighting what she and Vance had as much as anyone else. Ava, however, was overkill with the denial. There were moments when I understood her, like when ...more

This fun alpha male and Rock chick series continues with Ava and Vance's story. I am really loving the little town with all the weird, crazy, and fun loving men and women. I love the nicknames the author has come up with. She stole "Honey bunches of oats" from me! I stole it from my sister. There a great character for anyone. I love that it is a whole story in it self but it keeps up with all the characters you have already met and love!
