Fun NA novel. Better than The Mistake but not as good as The Deal.

ok, so Dean & Allie.
Who is Allie, you ask? She is Hannah's awesome roommate from The Deal. Here is Hannah's description of her:
She (Allie)’s planning on moving out to L.A. the second she graduates, and honestly, I can totally picture her starring in a romantic comedy. She’s not Angelina Jolie-beautiful, but she’s got a cute, fresh-faced look and comedic timing that would pla ...more

Oh well.

This one lost me.
Shame because I was anxious to see Dean fall. Too bad I didn’t really feel the fall. He got what he got daily from anyone he wanted it from and I never saw what this one night had that made it different.
I think what the other two books had that kept me very interested was missing in this one. Friendship. The long game. The getting to know each other foundation. This one just didn’t have that. What it had was a totally different kind of game. A chase. It came across very ...more

Kennedy’s Off Campus Series fast became a favorite with the first book, The Deal in the sports-themed romance category and it hasn't let up.
In the third book in the series, The Score kicks it up a notch though in both the fun-to-read and emotional categories. Readers will find a few shocking surprises with Dean’s story. I know readers have shared mixed feelings regarding who would win the heart of our unapologetically down and dirty sexual and outspoken hockey playing hero. This reader was more ...more

Who knew Dean Di Laurentis would be so perfect? I know, I didn't! I liked him from the very beginning. He was funny but sweet. He knew what he wanted and that was Allie. Unfortunately, she didn't want him...until she did. And it was steaming HOT! One thing I really liked is that Allie was not the New Adult stereotypical virgin, or the barely experienced non virgin. She has had sex and... wait for it.... she ENJOYS IT!! I never think it's fair that guys know what they're doing but the only girls

This was a formidable addition to the Off-Campus series and I am now firmly an Elle Kennedy fan for life.
What I Liked:
- The characters. As usual, Elle has created characters that are unique, fully fleshed out and realistic. Rarely does an author write double POVs with equal attention, and Elle has done it in each book of this series.
- The story. I liked that the challenges Allie and Dean face in this book, they are age appropriate and relatable. This isn't an insta-love scenario and we really se ...more

're-read Sep '16 right before book 4. Still awesome.
I freaking love this series! Elle Kennedy rocks. I feel like I am right there in the circle of characters and feel what they feel. I loved seeing them fall in love. I laughed and swooned and got emotional and got all hot & bothered lol... Just what I like to do when I read. :) Can not wait for the next in the series. ...more

REVIEW:
Off- Campus is on of my top five favorite series that’s out right now, each lead male has that special something that I adore. The couples that get together not only have off the charts chemistry but they help each other grow so much. The third book has all the sweet and spiciness of the first two but focuses on the biggest player of them all out of the guys. I wasn’t sure how this guy w ...more
