If I had to make a list of things that make me happy, LA's words would most certainly make the cut. I feel like she has this weird sixth sense and knows when I need her book hugs.
After days of deep book conversations about another book that did not make me happy, this was the soothing balm my book soul needed.
It was smoking hot.
It was juicy and sweet.

This was really good! A hot May/December military romance with some angst and lots of hot sex in seedy motels or dark wooded areas. Yes please!
Solid writing, great story with an interesting look at military life.

3.5 stars. I hate to say it but I did start skimming as I couldn't take any more of the, "I'm to old for him", "we shouldn't be doing this" , "we are over", but then they are all over each other. Another thing is we never really get to know anything about Sean. Does he even have any friends? He doesn't talk to anyone. We find out about Paul & his past. Also Paul's sacrifice was like really? To me it was not believable. Why would he do it now? Even though I didn't really care for the book, I will
