It’s been eight years since I had my M/M cherry popped by Logan and Tate. In the time since, they have absolutely remained a favorite to me.

One I did not want messed with.

I didn’t want new books and I didn’t really want to re-read. I didn’t want the love I felt for them to be messed with by new stories and I definitely did not want my own aging brain to change my feelings toward them. So, I avoided these “new” additional three stories in the series like the freaking plague.

The downside to this It’s been eight years since I had my M/M cherry popped by Logan and Tate. In the time since, they have absolutely remained a favorite to me.

So, I avoided these “new” additional three stories in the series like the freaking plague.

The downside to this? A book I’ve been waiting years for is now somehow part of Ella’s Chicagoverse (it wasn’t to begin with grrrrr…) and has now been released but it is tied into so many other stories I just can’t read it until I get through all these books first.

Add into that, I find myself in some sort of weird reading fog. I won’t be so drastic and call it a funk, but there is something going on with me and I just needed something. After scrolling for what felt like days through my entirely too long TBR, realizing what I want to read I CAN’T, Tease showed up and I figured there was no better time than now to revisit these boys and hope my memories didn’t change with the new stuff and I’d have a good time getting through what I’d missed.

I’m happy to report all is well in my world of Logan and Tate. No, I am not head over heels in love with this story like I was the original three. I honestly still don’t know if more was necessary, well, one maybe, but three more, I’m still on the fence. I love a good re-visit if it is to move the couple forward into a better place that didn’t happen at the end of the original series. Marriage, kids, whatever. And I get that this is probably exactly that, I just don’t know if I feel like it needed to be stretched over three new novels, but so far I’ve only read one, so the verdict is still out.

There was a time when I would have died to have more Logan and Tate, but now, I just don’t feel that strongly.

But, with all that wordy shit up there said, I had a good time, even if I skimmed a bit. I see that there were a few things leftover that would need to be wrapped up. I also see there was still some moving forward for them that I’m glad to be here for. It for sure is gearing me up for Robbie’s stories which of course frighten me a little, M/M/M is never really my thing, but he kind of is sooooo…yeah.

Do I think we needed more? I don’t know. Maybe had I read these when they came out I would have said HELL YEAH! Now, really, well, they’ll always have a special place in my heart and it’s not too much of a hardship to spend some time with them.

Who knows, I may finish the three new books and be head over heels in love again. ...more

OMG I loved it. When I found out that Ms. Frank decided to continue the series, I was beside myself. I love these two! Now it's four years later and they are hotter, happier and more in love than ever. There isn't much of a plot in this one, but then again it wouldn't be Logan & Tate if there wasn't a ton of sex :) I can't wait to see where the next couple of books go from here because, the big day would be the perfect way to wrap up these two & I hope that is where we are going with this series ...more

Logan Mitchell and Tate Morrison are by far one of my favorite fictional couples! What started out as a dare to TRY something new, has escalated into this beautiful story. Their beginning lust quickly turned into love, respect, pride and unbridled passion and it continues to grow as they do.

Ella Frank has once again moved mountains and continued their extreme love story in Tease. And Tease is definitely what she did. I cannot wait for more Logan and Tate!!!

Writing this as a note to my future self: if you're keen to catch up with Tate and Logan - reread book 1

I just can't see myself not starting to resent the series. NOTHING HAPPENS IN THE PLOT.

Tate and Logan are still the great guys they've always been, but it's just too repetitive. Great secondary characters too ...more
