Sweet, charming, and utterly adorable!!! R.S. Grey is back at it again with her literary signature of playful romantic comedies. It’s no secret that Grey has paved her way in this genre as someone to look out for but she has officially embedded herself as an author who can bring sass, humor, and freshness with all her stories and that’s what she has done in her latest release, The Foxe & The Hound.

Romantic Comedies can either be a hit

This book is laugh out loud, tears in my eyes hilarious. It is about quirky, dysfunctional, refreshing Madeleine and the cluster f**k which is her life. From her real estate job in which she hasn't made a sale in months, to her beater car that is held together with duct tape, to her run down apartment that she can't make rent and best of all the antics of the puppy she rescues from the pound. Throw in new to town sex on a stick Adam and you have one entertaining ride. I could not put this down, ...more

Quick(ish) Review

Listen, I’m a completist at heart and when I start binging, it’s hard to stop. This is one of the few books left by this author I hadn’t read yet. I tend to like their humor, the romance is cute with the right amount of steam, and while occasionally there are problematic bits, in general, they’re light easy reads. This is no different. This is a Hallmark movie with more sex and I’m not mad about that. Yes I would’ve liked more, but it’s fine. If you’re in the market for easy bre

I don't think I could love this book more! I never stopped smiling from the first paragraph to the last!

"I laugh before I can stop myself. “Oh, she’s got personality all right.”
Sasha shrugs. “Well then it’s wasted on men here in Hamilton. If you ask me, I think she should move somewhere else. She could get some fancy job and meet a guy who actually appreciates her quirks.”

Madeleine is barely keeping her head out of water working as a real estate agent, sneaking baked goods to her landlord when

Really cute romantic comedy by an author I always enjoy. The heroine was funny, quirky and unique with a distinct personality, stealing the show. The hero was a little brooding and too moody for my taste, but he came around.

This was hilarious. Romance abounded, but it had so much hilarity along the way. It was the perfect romantic comedy.

Madeline is a smart capable young women, looking for love, but she is also a bit of a mess. Adam is a well put together guy, who not long got out of a relationship that ended badly.

They have a meet cute, which annoys Adam, but the chemistry was evident. They keep getting thrown into one another's orbits and after a while they can no longer deny what is clearly between them.

First time reading this author and won't be the last. The story was simple and had many funny parts, and the characters don't get together too soon (which is one thing I like in a book). Sure, the main female protagonist is a bit silly at times and a bit immature for a 27 year old, but there are people who really act like her in real life. One of the best parts of this book was Mouse, our h's dog. I liked the dynamics between Adam and Madeline.
