Even with this not really being my thing, I had high hopes for the next book in the series. It really, really let me down.
Honestly, I just did not get it. The book just didn't make sense. The minute it seemed maybe a thought would be finished or a thought explained it didn't happen. This book was seriously all over the place and so scattered.
I'm not going to quit, but I'm not that confident it is going to get better.

Penelope Douglas once again proved just how talented she is. I absolutely devoured Hideaway. The story is dark, gritty, suspenseful and steamy. Kai is a flawed but strong hero, my favorite kind. Banks has her vulnerable moments yet continues to be a fiercely strong and sassy woman. This series is a must read for dark romance lovers!
