Second, the other thing I want in a romance novel is that it be long. The longer the better – there’s a risqué joke in there, but I will skip it – and The Heart of Texas comes out to a whopping 405 pages in pdf format. So sit down one lazy Sunday afternoon and dig in!

At the heart of it all, I did love watching these two really fall in love. There was a lot that happened, just when you get to know the evil villain along comes another one. There were a lot of twists & turns & at times it was a little convoluted. Off to the next one!
