I am struggling to find my words here and quite possibly because I'm still struggling to process my feelings about this widely popular tale.
I wonder why I wasn't swept off my feet as so many of my fellow readers were.....many were clearly swooned by Emmet and Jeremey's story. Though I am grateful for having experienced their story, *sad face*

I never read M/M , it's not my thing. . This is may be my third M/M book, so not much reference point. But my friend Page loaned me this, so I gave it a go. Really great story about two young teens. One autistic and one severely depressed. Both have no friends. Both are gay. One has supportive parents. One doesn't. Both find their way together.

3.75 stars loved Emmet and his family. Jeremy was great too. It's hard for me to put my finger on why I didn't love this book. I think I wanted more. More of what I can't explain but overall it's was a great read ...more
