I really liked Kades story, I loved getting know him and Brock and Hunter a little more seeing how they were all the newest to the order I didnt know a whole lot about them.
Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it felt like the first half was really slow and it took me awhile to get into it! Still enjoying the series!

I will start by saying that I am always glad to see a Breed Warrior find his breedmate, but this one wasn't as great as others have been in the past. I had a hard time believing that a woman with a traumatic past such as Alex's would not be more freaked to find out the person she is putting her trust in and giving her body to is anywhere close to the same type of people who changed her world in a bad way years before.

The beginning was slow for me- but kindof gory, too. I don't know why I had issues with this one... the other Breed books are alot like this. Anyway, it got better towards the climactic ending. Interesting arc leading into the next book, too. ...more
