I rarely feel so seen emotionally by a book and that’s what this was. There are some parallels to some of my own experiences and that made for an emotional journey with this book. Always keeping it light though with the enemies to lovers/grumpy-sunshine feels it gives. This book always sticks out as a favorite to me even years later.
This was simply the BEST book I’ve read in a REALLY long time. Perfect in every way. Tears galore. I want a sequel immediately!

This was my first K.A. Tucker read, and I really, really enjoyed it. I liked the entire premise of the story and found it to be unique and interesting. I thought the romance between Calla and Jonah, and how they started out REALLY disliking each other but grew to have feelings for each other, was really fun to read about and had me smiling a ton.
