I rarely feel so seen emotionally by a book and that’s what this was. There are some parallels to some of my own experiences and that made for an emotional journey with this book. Always keeping it light though with the enemies to lovers/grumpy-sunshine feels it gives. This book always sticks out as a favorite to me even years later.
This was simply the BEST book I’ve read in a REALLY long time. Perfect in every way. Tears galore. I want a sequel immediately!

I was surprised, as well as really touched, by the emotional aspect of the book regarding Calla's relationship with her estranged father, Wren. I defin ...more
