Mackenzie and Campbell are both single parents. Mackenzie doesn't have time (make time) to do anything but trivia night outside of raising her son, Kyle. Campbell plays in a band (although he used to be in a famous group with his brothers called the Heartbreakers, hence the series title), teaches music, and raises his daughter, Samantha.

The two meet and are instantly attracted. Once they are able to come together it is really hot and sexy.

Two single parents meet and fall into bigtime lust! Whew! This one burned the pages. Both H and h are dirty talkers in the bedroom and everywhere else they meet up. I'll admit that this one wasn't my favorite from Lauren Blakely. It was a little over-the-top with the insta-hookup and the dirty talk. A little more fact-based storyline is always a plus with me.

Very sweet and angst-free love story with 2 adults who are both drama-free and terrific single parents who are just trying to balance love and life. It was refreshing to read a light, happy, and cute story like this one.
