The Good
Chemistry smoke show. When Jake and Brenna shared scenes in The Chase, I knew they’d be hotfire as a couple, and this book lives up to that expectation and then some. Both Brenna and Jake have that BDE (Big Dick Energy)... in spades.

I was dying for this book. I knew these two would be steaming hot together. Fantastic side characters and fun banter was abundant in this book. Not bored not one minute with the laugh out loud moments. The epilogue was lame and she didn’t let us know who the next book is about, but I’m not taking away stars for it. Five stars!

LOVED Jake & Brenna!

Elle Kennedy does not disappoint! Jake and Brenna’s forbidden pseudo relationship was an excellent addition to the Briar U series. I can’t wait for the next book!
