I'm so late to the party with this series, and I'm wondering why I waited so long. This book is the antithesis of what I love about reading - no HEA, not (yet) a romance, and an awful lot of books in this series about these characters. And yet, this book is everything I LOVE about reading. Fantastic characters, a plot so full of twists and turns I could not put it down.

This is by far and away one of my best reads of 2021 and I am hooked. ...more
