What Members Thought

2 'we’re terrible people' stars.
That wasn’t me calling them terrible! The MCs called each other “terrible people” on multiple occasions and in this case I have to agree slightly with the sentiment.
It seems like I’m in the minority once again. This review was hard for me to write because so far I have loved everything that I have read from Jewel E Ann. Unfortunately this book just wasn’t for me. The 2 stars are because the book kept me engaged from beginning to end.

Nothing about this novel is predictable. The characters are compelling, the plot is thrilling and the ending is so very satisfying. You’ll be left feeling content, a little shocked and desperate for more.
Getting lost in a book is my escape – and fictional characters and their stories are a means to an end as they come alive on the pages. Jewel E. Ann comes in like a wrecking ball with pen in hand (or most likely a computer keyboard) creating complex and captivating characters who’ll smash your ...more

Wow!! I'm speechless, yet so glad I read this book. In fact, it makes me question why I haven't read more by this author because she is truly one of a kind. The writing, the fresh story line, the characters that had me falling in love... this book had it all. Definitely a 5 star read and one that will stay with me forever!!

This story blew me away! Crazy, crazy twists that you will not see coming!
A love story between a homeless girl and a rock star. Pretty unlikely you'd think but they both have very heart-breaking pasts that draws them together and tears them apart.
The blurb gives you a hint of what's to come, but you have no idea what you are in for, which is the best way to go into this story. ...more

Review to come

Oh my gosh this novel took me on the ride of my life. From the very first page this novel sucked me in and did not let go to the very last. OH MY GOSH I loved the epilogue. This novel was soo good. I loved the dialogue and banter. I love when a novel can make you laugh, cry, feel like your heart is breaking and leave you with a smile on your face and a happy heart. This novel check all of the boxes for me. I loved it. I finished it and went back and reread it. I just didn't want it to end.

I went into this book blind. I knew I wanted to read it because I love everything this author writes. I really wasn’t expecting how gritty and suspenseful this book would be. The story begins with an amnesiac burn victim. He has no clue who he is until he comes across a gym. At the gym he realizes he has been there before and his name is Chris, but not much else. He befriends a tough girl by the name of Jersey. Jersey was abandoned as a baby and grew up in the foster system. This poor girl led a

JewelSmacked! Once again, her words have smacked me upside the head and taken up residence in my brain. Jewel E Ann has an uncanny ability to mess you up; as soon as you think you know, you realize how foolish you were for even trying to guess because of her plot twists and OMG moments.
I don't want to spoil this book and I have been trying to wrack my brain on a review that won't spoil it. So just do it. Just grab it, open it, read it and have your mind blown once again by the amazing Jewel E. ...more
