Still loving the shit out of this series, on to Seb and Hudson 💖
Well things didn't go according to plans. It's hard to write a review on a short story as you have a tendency to give away what happens. So, I'm not going to do that. You have to purchase the book and read it for yourself. I do have to say that there are a lot of feels in this one. An old face pops up with a warning and things get sorted with the team. That's it that's all I can tell ya. Oh except for, I loved it!!! Now I can't wait for the next book in the series which is just a little further

So much going on!
Although this book is basically a Novella, it’s so full of game changing and life altering events that by the end of this one I was chomping at the bits to start the next.
So much is going on over at Destructive Delta. Tony, Dex and Cael’s Dad, is recovering from a gunshot wound. His attacker was taken down by Dex—but how he does it will shock those who saw it for themselves. Downstairs in the hospital’s cafe, Sloane proposes to Dex, having already gotten Tony’s blessing to do so ...more

So glad to see more interaction between the team members. They were sorely missed in Smoke & Mirrors. While I still don't like the direction toward TIN, at least the gang, which make Sloane and Dex more fun, will stay together.
