OMG. O-M-G. I am emotionally drained. So totally spaghetti noodle wilted in the after glow of this book/story. There's so so so so so much I'd like to say and comment regarding this book but it's brand new released and I am not going to spoil this for any potential reader. I HIGHLY caution anyone looking to find out more info before reading this book to be very careful in the reviews you look at. There are a few MAJOR spoilers that basically, would spoil this story for you if you know beforehand. I can't even give a reference analogy to why I'm saying that as it would be a spoiler in that you'd be aware of the spoiler reference in the back of your mind and be prepared. Nope. Can't do it. I loved this book/story too much to spoil it for any potential reader and the author.

One trigger warning that should have been included in the book blurb but wasn't. For anyone sensitive to sexual abuse/rape/non-con situations, this story will trigger you as there is disturbing content that includes rape/underage sexual assault/non-con. Minor scenes but still there. Consider yourself warned.

For those on a need to know basis on adult content. This story starts in the main characters childhood progressing into adult age. Alternating POV chapters that give the reader a glimpse into each mindset and experiences. About half of the story serial their childhood back story though it's cute how their relationship progresses - teenage hormones included. IMHO the adult scenes do include low intensity adult content situations but the kind that has the reader smiling in enjoyment vs squirming in your seat sexual tension and .... oh wait.. maybe there is some of that too. lol

One vague comment. I'm really not happy regarding a certain scene with a "sparkle" in it. Wanted to actually deduct one star in my review just for that am not going to.

I totally totally loved this story and feel it's going to be a breakout hit. I'm just hoping no one who reads this book and posts a review/rating will spoil it for potential readers. The magic of the unknown to this story is so worth holding back spoiling it. ...more

2020 is starting out with a bang! So many great books!
I adored this book. My heart bled for Thea and Ramsey. And holy hell plot twist!
Great angsty read!
