I should start off by saying that this story is a spin off from the Ballsy Boys series, but I had no trouble at all following the story. The author does a great job explaining everything and you will not be lost at all.

A great story!
4.5 Stars! I just loved this! Sweet but not too sweet. A bit of angst, family, and animals with lots of personality...overall a great story to put a smile on your face.

This was a really good book that I read for a challenge. Mack "Ranger" Stone is suffering from PTSD he has been out of the Rangers for a year, and he isn't getting any better. When his brother Lucky suggest that he get a therapy dog. Julian trains dog for vets with disabilities. Julian is a happy go lucky guy I thought it was cute that he made up funny words instead of cussing. When he meets Ranger, he knows that he is suffering but he also thinks that he is hot.
