Well, wasn't that just fabulous! This from a girl who is not a huge fan of insta love or cheese and, although I got both here is still loved this book and found myself with a stupid grin on my face at times. It was the perfect read for the frame of mind I am in right now and ticked all my boxes.

I love how they met, their time in Paris and the angst when they got back to "real life". Loved both characters, they made for the cutest couple. One strapping footballer and a ballet dancing student nurs ...more

This book started out quite strongly, I was sold on the connection. But then I got to the middle and it got too sweet and mushy and unconvincing, for people who were meant to be having a secret affair they were too public especially considering how recognisable Wes supposedly was. The declarations of love felt excessive and the resolution of the conflict too quick.
Great writing by Tal Bauer as always but I need more grit.
