My first introduction to author Kristen Callihan as well as of course the VIP series. Callihan has created a wonderful batch of characters who live in the not so glamour world of the music industry. People always say being famous and rich must make those people happy, but from Callihans POV the world is lonely, but the bond that this group has is phenomenal and became a small family of trust.

Good read, but I think all the high drama books I’ve been reading lately made this seem a little dull. It also didn’t help that I read the others so long ago that I could hardly remember everyone. Not the book’s fault. If you like low angst easy romances, I recommend this. For me, not my taste at the moment. 3 stars.

Exposed was an emotionally charged enemies to lovers love story. I was so happy to get to see my old friends from Kill John. In Exposed we get a closer look as to exactly who Brenna and Rye are. After overhearing a private conversation Rye makes Brenna an offer she can’t refuse. I adored watching these two let their guards down with each other. Loved it. I love the bond the guys have. Brenna isn't my fave, but she grew on me. Rye is awesome, supporting her and how he puts her happiness first.
