This is a book that wanted to go for the dangling carrot, and at some point, I stopped reaching for it.
There was little heat between these two and for story that needed me to want that UST, it fell strangely flat. I think it didn't commit one way or the other. Mind you, I have a serious weak spot for the long suffering heroine, but the isolation that the heroine experiences permeated the entire book. She didn't really talk to anyone, he didn't have any friends that seemed to impact his life in ...more

I keep going back and forth on my rating. Rounding up to 4 stars for now, but that might change.
